Matt Hild's book, "Arkansas’s Gilded Age: The Rise, Decline & Legacy of Populism and Working-Class Protest," has won the Arkansas Historical Association’s J.G. Ragsdale Book Award for 2019. The award comes with a monetary prize and will be bestowed at the AHA's annual awards banquet in Stuttgart, Arkansas on April 12th.
