Rita Breen defines success as the ability to do work that you love while making a positive impact on others. As an executive director of both the Georgia Power Foundation, Inc. and the Southern Company Charitable Foundation, she has struck that perfect balance. Rita is a double major who earned her B.A in Psychology and M.S in Industrial Engineering from Tech in 1992. Since then, she has worked in all facets of the non-profit sector - including serving on the Board of Trustees at the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.
