Map Census Data in Tableau

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. Full Summary: In this workshop, we will use Tableau to map census data. 

In this workshop, we will use Tableau to map census data. We will learn how to acquire informative census data, import spatial files into Tableau, and apply Tableau’s ability to associate data with specific tracts. In addition, we will learn more about how to make data more insightful by implementing tooltips. You will leave this workshop with the knowledge and skills to display geographical data in an informative and meaningful way.
