There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Registration is open for the fourth series of info sessions for the Financials Transformation Program covering Procurement in Workday. During these sessions, attendees will learn about terminology changes, creating requisitions, and transacting with PCards in Workday. These sessions are especially relevant for campus financial users who oversee, manage, and support processes and systems related to procurement. Attendees will receive an overview of terminology and functionality including a live demonstration of processes. The 90-minute info session lays the groundwork for training that will begin this spring.
There are four sessions to choose from located at various venues across campus:
March 13, 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.; Student Success Center Press Room A&B
March 21, 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.; Marcus Nanotech Room 1116-1118
March 27, 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.; EBB Krone-CHOA Room
April 3, 2:00 p.m. – 3:30.p.m.; Webinar
