Talking to someone for the first time is a nerve-racking experience, what's more stressful is explaining professionally and confidently who you are in a matter of minutes. This workshop will provide you with the necessary tools needed to relax before encountering a stressful situation. Recruiters will provide strategies to loosen up and relax during the interviewing process and networking events.
