Fit to Thrive Session 2 Registration Deadline

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Join Health Initiatives for the first Fit to Thrive session beginning March 27th and running every Wednesday from 5:30- 6:30 until April 24th.  The group will meet in the Campus Recreation Complex Room 240 from 5:30 – 6:30. 

Fit to Thrive is a five-week series that is designed to teach faculty, staff, and students about the importance of a healthy life and mind. Participants will learn about personal fitness, nutrition, and stress management as well as assess personal well-being and set goals to make improvements toward a healthy lifestyle. For more information visit http://healthinitiatives.gatech.edu/thrive.
