Apollon and Arcaraz Named 2019 Joseph K. Heyman Scholarship Recipients

Celine Apollon and Fernanda Arcaraz were named the Atlanta Economics Club Joseph K Heyman 2019 Scholarship recipients. 

Celine Apollon is a third year undergraduate student at Georgia Tech pursuing a B.S. in Economics with two minors in International Affairs and City Planning. Ranked second in her class, Celine will travel abroad this academic term to study International Economics and Sociology at Sciences Po in Paris on an exchange program. Her long term goal is to work specifically with economic development and disaster relief in lower income communities throughout the world.

Fernanda Arcaraz is a current Master's student at Georgia Tech pursuing her M.S. in Economics. She received her B.S. in Economics and International Affairs from Georgia Tech in May 2018 (Summa Cum Laude). Upon graduation in May 2019, Fernanda will start full-time at NCR Corporation this summer as a Sales Operation Analyst.
