There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Based on the success of the ISYE teas in the past, the Graduate Student Advisory Committee is planning to host the tea on a weekly basis from now on. The teas provide a great opportunity for faculty and grad students in ISYE to get to know each other and to promote development of relationships within our department. Please stop by for awhile to have some coffee/tea, cookies and chat with fellow members of ISYE.
Finally, we would like to recognize Jiheng Zhang for volunteering to coordinate the weekly tea, and thank the department for supporting our initiative.
