The Southeast Regional Conference(SERC) is an annual Leadership and Professional Development conference. Our theme for this year is “Ignite Your Dreams.” We will celebrate the diverse backgrounds, experiences and aspirations of the attendees and emphasize the values of self-confidence and self-worth. Every year, SERC attracts over 150 college students and professionals from across the southeast region for a weekend of professional development and networking.

One of the workshops we are very excited about is the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification Workshop hosted by America’s Navy. This is a 3-hour workshop that will conclude with attendees receiving a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification. This is a great skill to add to your resume that employers regard highly.
