There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Georgia Tech IEEE Robotics Team is recruiting for the Spring 2019 semester! This semester we’ll be working on a fully autonomous robot to compete in IEEE’s annual college competition: SoutheastCon in Huntsville, Alabama.
As part of our team, you will have the chance to work with both the hardware and software for the robot. The hardware team will be working on designing and fabricating the robot, the game board, and building circuitry for the robot. The software team will be working on a Raspberry Pi based system to develop computer vision, PID, and locomotion algorithms for our autonomous robot to navigate the course. All skill levels are welcome!!!
If you are interested in joining the team, come out to our info session. There will be food and drinks! Feel free to contact anuj@gatech.edu for any questions, or if you are interested in joining but not able to make it to the info session.
