There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. On 12 December, the Center for European and Transatlantic Studies (CETS) hosted a public event for a delegation of trade officials from 11 member states led by Austria’s Ambassador to the US – Wolfgang Waldner. Ambassador Waldner gave a short talk outlining the importance of the transatlantic economic relationship and explaining the aims of Austria’s presidency of the EU.
His remarks were followed by a panel discussion with:
Alasdair Young opened the event and moderated the panel discussion.
The event was organized in collaboration with the EU Delegation to the U.S., the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Tech’s Center for International Business Education and Research, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the World Affairs Council of Atlanta, and the World Trade Center Atlanta.
