Travis Gibson transferred to Georgia Tech because of its prestigious program in biomedical engineering — in which he’s earned a bachelor’s degree over the weekend. Once here, he realized he could also pursue his interest in electrical engineering.

“I wasn’t prepared for the workload, but it’s taught me a lot about my own strengths and weaknesses,” he said. “Everything that I’ve learned in terms of what I’m interested in and what I plan to do in the future – I can’t say that would be possible without Georgia Tech.”
