Staying Emotionally Healthy at Georgia Tech

Moving away from home and adjusting to a new culture can be challenging.

Feelings of excitement, frustration, and homesickness, although normal to the adjustment process, can be difficult to endure. In this session, you will be introduced to the ins and outs and ups and downs of cultural adjustment, and learn some strategies that will help you to cope with the adjustment process.
