Check out one of these stress-free events to relax and de-stress in the midst of finals. Remember, the Counseling Center has extended its walk-in hours through Thursday of this week, with counselors available until 7 p.m. each day.
Georgia Tech Dance Association Vinyl XP Swing Dance
When: Dec. 7, 8 p.m. – Midnight
Where: Student Center (3rd Floor)
The Georgia Tech Dance Association hosts a swing dancing event with music, dance lessons, and fun. The event is $5 for students. All levels of dancers are encouraged to attend. The beginners’ lesson starts at 8 p.m. and the intermediate lesson begins at 8:30 p.m.
Georgia Tech Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Chipotle Fundraiser
When: Dec. 9, 5 – 9 p.m.
Where: Student Center (Juniper Room) or Chipotle Mexican Grill (540 17th Street NW Atlanta, GA 30318)
On Dec. 9, SWE is hosting a Chipotle Delivery and Percentage Night. Students interested in participating should place their order here by Dec. 8 at noon. Deliveries can be picked up in the Student Center Juniper Room on Dec. 9. Alternatively, students can order directly in-store and present the flyer here. One-third of proceeds from this event will be donated to SWE.

The Campus Recreation Center (CRC) is hosting a Spin-n-Screen event, where participants can spin while watching the movie Happy Feet. The class is free for all CRC members, but participants should arrive early to guarantee a spot.

The Student Center Programs Council hosts the annual Midnight Breakfast on Dec. 10. All students are welcome to attend this free event featuring breakfast food, therapy dogs, hot chocolate, and more. Reserve your spot here.
