FLAME (Finding Leaders Among Minorities Everywhere) works to expose undergraduate and graduate students of color to the Olympic and Paralympic movement while preparing them for careers in the sport industry. The program offers students an eight-day interactive curriculum with the opportunity to ignite their professional development, spark new aspirations and catalyze their careers while hearing from dynamic speakers, including Olympians, Paralympians, and other industry leaders.

International Olympic Committee Executive and USOC Board Member
April Holmes, gold medalist, 2008 Paralympic Games

Tommie Smith, gold medalist, 1968 Olympic Games
The 2019 FLAME Program will take place at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center from May 27--June 3, 2019. The application will be live in early December. Visit this website for more information.
