There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Being in teams can be great. Research teams are more productive and innovative than individuals, and can leverage shared resources. As a Georgia Tech graduate student, you have the opportunity to work on research teams; however, sometimes questions of authorship, workload, and how equipment will be shared lead to challenges.
iC⚙GS workshops were designed specifically for graduate students to help you build the skills, attitudes, and knowledge you need to operate effectively in teams. In the workshop, you will get tools to help you understand your teammates better, practice communicating about team tasks, and explore ways to use and manage conflict.
Teams are part of your future at Georgia Tech and beyond. Whether you are planning a job in academics, industry, government lab, or policy, you will be working with other people toward common goals. Come pick up skills that will give you a competitive edge at this workshop that will be hosted by the Strategic Energy Institute.
Registration is free (but spots are limited) and will open at 8:45 a.m. that morning. The program will begin at 9 a.m. Lunch will be provided.
