Alan Marco, professor in the Georgia Institute of Technology School of Public Policy, spoke on October 24, 2018 at Federal Trade Commission hearings on “Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century.”
Marco, the former chief economist at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, gave introductory comments on patent policy and was a panelist on “Emerging Trends in Patent Quality.”
Marco specializes in innovation and patent policy, science and technology policy, intellectual property (IP) strategy and management, patent valuation, and other related areas.
