The conference is designed to bring together practitioners from the private and public sectors along with key thinkers and scholars from Georgia Tech, other universities, think tanks, and consulting firms in highly participative discussions of problems, solutions, and ideas. The intent is to convene a select group of participants with extensive experience and expertise in a forum that is pragmatic and real world-oriented. The conference will address the challenges of public sector funding and delivery of infrastructure, private sector participation in the sector, public-private partnerships, capital markets innovation, and market pricing of user fees.
