The Georgia Tech Honors Program welcomes all students, faculty and staff to attend a screening of the 1997 film "Contact," starring Jodie Foster and based upon the Carl Sagan novel. This is anticipation of an October 5 visit by Dr. Sidney Perkowitz, professor of physics at Emory University, who will speak on "Hollywood Science: Good for Hollywood, Bad for Science?"
