Experience how stories shape us, improve our social intelligence, and relational abilities. Join this two-hour workshop to exchange personal narratives from your life or leadership experiences in a non-judgmental space. This story should be one that has shaped your identity, informs the way you lead, or highlights a diversity moment in your journey from inclusion to exclusion or exclusion to inclusion. Requires pre-work to listen to at least one 4-6 minute story. Then draft a story that can be read or told in 3-4 minutes. Come prepared to read or tell a story in an intimate circle of story listeners and story coaches. Work with story coaches to excavate, boost your creativity, and refine your story. It may even be considered for publishing in the Institutes’ emerging digital story library.
This workshop is open to all Georgia Tech faculty and staff members.
