Discover the power of choosing authenticity. In this deeply reflective engaging dialogue, presence fully, who you are, how you show up with people, and the impact you have on others. You’ll reflect upon your natural traits, chosen ones, and core values. Reflect on the degree to which you honor who you are and what aspects of your identity you play down or don’t disclose. Notice what the impact of not bringing your full authentic self to work has on you. Learn the impact of this phenomenon on the work environment and tactics for modeling authenticity and fostering a sense of belonging diverse colleagues.

This session is open to all Georgia Tech faculty and staff members.
