You’ll reflect upon your natural traits, chosen ones, and core values. Reflect on the degree to which you honor who you are and what aspects of your identity you play down or don’t disclose. Notice what the impact of not bringing your full authentic self to work has on you. Learn the impact of this phenomenon on the work environment and tactics for modeling authenticity and fostering a sense of belonging diverse colleagues.
