There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Atlanta Skyline and Tech TowerLast week, Georgia Tech announced the winners of the Class of 1940 Course Survey Teaching Effectiveness Award. Forty instructors – including three from the College of Computing – earned the prestigious recognition based on student feedback for courses offered in Fall 2017 and Spring 2018.
GT Computing Professors Annie Antón, Umakishore Ramachandran, and Greg Turk are among the 40 faculty members with exceptional scores and response rates on the Course Instructor Opinion Survey (CIOS). The CIOS is completed by students at the end of each semester to provide feedback to instructors about the learning experience in their respective courses.
