The Center for Health & Humanitarian Systems (CHHS) hosted Health Systems- The Next Generation, a forum bringing together 120+ professionals and scholars from across the fields of healthcare delivery, operations and education focused on promoting and maintaining wellness by identifying important trends in healthcare system applications and designs, opportunities for collaboration, and the future of health systems. The event featured presentations, a poster fair showcasing new methods and research in technological applications, and concluded with a panel session comprised of expert panelist representing the Georgia Department of Public Health, Evidation Health, the Public Health Informatics Institute (PHII), Task Force for Global Health, Morehouse School of Medicine, and The State of Indiana department for Drug Prevention, Treatment, and Enforcement.
