There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Did you know that Georgia Tech regularly adds new faculty-led study abroad programs (programs like the Oxford Summer Program or Georgia Tech – Lorraine) to better serve student and campus needs? This year several new programs will be added and students can learn more about these opportunities by visiting the Study Abroad Fair, checking the website for the most up-to-date programs, and also watching out for information sessions that happen throughout the year.
Study Abroad Scholarships
Each year the Office of International Education (OIE) administers nearly $250,000 in study abroad scholarships. Many generous donors who recognize the importance of education abroad make these scholarships possible. To apply for an OIE Administered Scholarship, students should submit an application by October 15, 2018. Students need only submit one application to apply for six different scholarships. Please note that students will apply in the spring application cycle on Atlas and that they can select the appropriate term (i.e.: summer 2019) in the application itself.
In addition to the awards through OIE, there are other study abroad scholarships available. For a list of Georgia Tech and national scholarship opportunities, please visit: https://oie.gatech.edu/find_scholarships
If you or your student have questions, please contact us at scholarships@oie.gatech.edu.
