There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Georgia Tech is hosting the annual academic conference on 3D Printing and Digital Fabrication, Construct3D 2018 during October 5-8. The conference brings together educators from a broad range of contexts, where they can exchange ideas and accelerate the adoption and exploration of 3D printing and digital fabrication in education.
The talks will be held at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center along with professional development workshops within the Georgia Tech Manufacturing Institute Building and School of Mechanical Engineering. Conference attendees could also sign up for tours of Georgia Tech’s makerspaces, including the recently renovated Invention Studio, MSE’s Materials Innovation & Learning Laboratory-MILL and the newly constructed ECE’s TI Makerspace.
