Adinarayanan and Smrithi are founders of Anaadi Foundation. They have more than a decade of teaching, research, yogic and meditative experience. Adinarayanan has spent more than 100 days in Mouna (silence) and brings the insights from his tapasya into all the program offerings for human well-being. In this talk, they will discuss:

  • Yogic Practices for happiness and success
  • Yogic principles of healthy body, emotions and cognition
