No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Registration is open for the second series of info sessions for the Financials Transformation Program covering Expenses in Workday. During these sessions, attendees will learn about the processes for submitting, tracking, and approving spend authorizations and expenses in Workday. These sessions are especially relevant to staff and faculty who create, review or approve travel authorizations and expense reports.
Attendees will receive an overview of Workday’s expenses terminology and functionality including a live demonstration of processes. The 90-minute info session lays the groundwork for training that will begin in the spring of 2019.
There are 4 sessions to choose from located at various venues across campus:

Over 400 financial users attended the Workday Overview & FDM series of info sessions, and an even larger audience is anticipated for Expenses in Workday.
