Early-career researchers face the challenges of establishing their own research trajectories while bringing graduate students and postdocs into their teams. Based in the research on effective research teams, this workshop offers help in turning a set of junior collaborators into a team that helps both your career and theirs. While the workshop is designed for junior faculty and post docs, graduate students and more senior researchers are welcome.
