Project Horseshoe Farm (PHF), a community-based nonprofit organization located in the rural town of Greensboro, Alabama is seeking applicants in the hands-on experience in nonprofit management, education, and community-based health care that our organization provides.

PHF offers a 13-month gap-year fellowship program for recent college graduates and undergraduate internship opportunities of varying duration. Fellows help run the ever-expanding Enhanced Independent Living Housing Programs, Adult Day Programs, and K-12 Youth Programs.

The competitive Fellowship is a unique opportunity for high levels of responsibility and mentored hands on learning in a rapidly growing community based non-profit organization.  Its aim is preparing citizen service leaders needed for tomorrow's communities.

Fellows receive an educational grant of $600/month, free housing, and valuable experience.  Fellows consistently go on to some of the top medical, nursing, public health, health management, and education programs in the nation and several have received the most prestigious scholarships and awards at their respective institutions.
