Grady's Community Benefit program

Developing innovative partnership to drive Community Benefit and Population Health

Please join us on September 25 for a presentation by Katie Mooney, Community Benefit Manager, and Leslie Marshburn, Director of Population Health at Grady Health System.

This presentation will discuss how trends in healthcare are driving hospitals to work more closely with their communities to improve both patient care and community health. The presenters will share how Grady is engaging with the community and developing innovative partnership to drive its Community Benefit and Population Health work.

They will present initiatives to manage high-risk patients, community-based wellness programs, food access initiatives and other innovative system-wide strategies. Collectively, they showcase innovations in the practice of creating healthy communities within the larger context of healthcare reform.
