Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, professor Michael Boswell (https://www.linkedin.com/in/mrboswell/)  will be on campus on Tuesday, 4 September, to speak about climate action planning; this prior to his keynote address at the GPA meetings in Jekyll Island later that week on the same topic.   Boswell is co-author of Local Climate Action Planning, published by Island Press and was a member of the UN expert group that prepared UN-Habitat’s Guidelines for Local Climate Action adopted in 2015.
