Harris Dimitropoulos teaches architecture, art, design, and theory in the School of Architecture at Georgia Tech. His current interests involve issues of representation and aesthetics especially as they pertain to digital media.

Hecceity refers to the quality of a thing that confers to its identity. Hecceity is what makes us distinguish individual objects amongst others that are almost the same or similar, and it is the thing that is lurking in the ever diminishing space between computing and materiality, the space between information and knowledge.
