There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. As a first-year student, BME major Ben Warstler did undergraduate research, worked at WREK Radio, participated in the Grand Challenges program, and worked as a DJ on the side.

Warstler, who is from in Cincinnati and has also lived in Arkansas, North Carolina, and Switzerland, got a crash course in the ups and downs of Georgia Tech last year. He wanted to share what he learned with prospective and incoming students so they don’t overlook Tech’s wealth of opportunities or invaluable support system.
