Fall Course: Sports Law and Public Policy

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. PUBP 4823 - Sports Law and Public Policy

Intercollegiate and professional sports play a substantial role in shaping the American social, cultural, political and economic environment. Sports Law and Public Policy will provide students with an in-depth understanding of how the legal system, and public policy decision makers address sports-related issues that often have significance well beyond the sports world.

This class can be used for the Sports, Society, and Technology minor or as a free elective for most majors (please consult with your academic advisor about this).
