The purpose of the Global Grant Scholarship is to forge a link between Rotary and the development of skilled professionals aligned with Rotary International’s Six Areas of Focus. Rotary District 6900 maintains a district level application process which begins with the submission of a written application that requires endorsement by a District 6900 Rotary Club or by a member of the District 6900 Scholarship Committee.

Rotary offers prestigious international scholarships of $30,000 for graduate students pursuing careers in fields that support:

  • Peace and conflict prevention/resolution
  • Disease prevention and treatment
  • Water and sanitation
  • Maternal and child health
  • Basic education and literacy
  • Economic and community development

Note: applicants must be U.S. Citizens
Deadline: October 15, 2018

We are hosting two information sessions (August 29 and September 13). Representatives from the Rotary Scholarship Committee will be on hand to share valuable information about the grant, programs of study, eligibility and how to complete a competitive application.
