In a special address to freshmen, Warren St. John will discuss the role of community in his latest book Outcasts United- the true story of a refugee community near Georgia Tech's campus. September 23, 2010 5:30 pm, Ferst Center for the Arts. Tickets are required and are FREE for GT students. Pick up at the Student Center Box Office. Immediately following the lecture is a reception and book signing event (sponsored by GT Dining and the Freshman Experience).
