The Center for Education Integrating Science Mathematics and Computing (CEISMC) at Georgia Tech seeks four dynamic individuals for its 2018-19 Innovator-in-Residence cohort to help M. R. Hollis Innovation Academy develop and implement quality STEAM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Art-Math) curriculum. M. R. Hollis Innovation Academy is a public K-8 school serving the Vine City and English Avenue neighborhoods on Atlanta’s historic Westside. The school is currently going into its second year, and welcoming its first 6th graders into the building. Candidates should have a passion for tinkering, design, making, art or robotics, as well as STEAM education.
