Summaries

Summary Sentence: Graduate students and postdocs attending this teaching workshop will learn how to create goals for student learning to drive lesson design.

Full Summary: No summary paragraph submitted.

The fall teaching workshop series includes four workshops aimed at graduate students and postdoctoral scholars who are teaching assistants and/or preparing for careers as faculty in higher education.

Good teaching starts with the end goal in mind. What do you want students to know and be able to do by the end of the experience? This workshop will help you express these goals and know how to use them in the design of instructional strategies.
