The third cohort of the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) has been selected. Starting in fall 2018 and continuing for nine months, the participants will take part in monthly workshops. Other program activities include a fall weekend workshop, small-group work, self assessments, and 360-degree assessments. In 2016, the Office of the Provost, in partnership with the Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship and the Office of Graduate Education and Faculty Development, launched the first cohort of the ELP, a program designed for associate and full professors who have attained tenure or are on the tenure track.
