A black light shows "germs" on children's hands

To teach the importance of hand washing, Tech students put “glo germ” lotion on a beach ball and let a group of Vietnamese children pass around the ball. By touching the ball, the children got invisible gel or “germs” on their hands, which they could only see under the black flashlight. After the children washed the germs from their hands, Tech students used the black light to show them what clean hands look like.
