Join your colleagues in a discussion of the book, Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World by Mark Williams and Danny Penman.

Through this discussion, you will uncover “simple yet powerful practices” to help promote happiness and break the cycle of anxiety, stress, unhappiness, and exhaustion.

Each week, you will discuss a different chapter, share experiences, and develop key takeaways that we can incorporate into our daily professional and personal lives to promote well-being. Please purchase your own individual copy of the book and read the first chapter by the June 27th meeting.
