Did you take lots of incredible photos while you were studying abroad?
Are you an international student who's been documenting life in the
U.S.? Would you like the chance to share your pictures with the campus
community and to win great prizes?
The Office of International
Education's annual Photo Contest, "Through a Global Lens," is open to
degree-seeking Georgia Tech students. Returned study abroad students
from Fall 2009, Spring 2010, and/or Summer 2010 may
submit photos related to their education abroad program. International
students may enter photos
about their life and educational experience in the United States.
Suggested subjects include scenery, culture, and photos that showcase GT
students. Contest winners are announced during International Education
Week in November.
The
Photo Contest opened on August 30.
The entry deadline is October 1 at 4:30pm. You can submit up to three
photos. The entry form and more information about how to
enter the contest are available online at: http://www.oie.gatech.edu/photography/
The
2010 Photo Contest is sponsored by OIE and STA Travel.
