Please join us for a powerful Storytelling for Inclusive Excellence: Transformative Narratives story circle this summer! During these 2 ½ hour workshops, you will join an intimate circle of colleagues and story coaches to experience how stories shape us, and improve our ability to connect with one another. Participants will create 4-6 minute personal narratives (stories) about their lives, identities, growth, resilience, culture, inclusive leadership, strength, struggle, resistance, transformation, and/or journeys from exclusion to inclusion. Selected storytellers may be offered the opportunity to work more formally with a certified story coach to refine, record, and publish a featured story in the Institute's new digital story library.
