There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. IEN provides cross-discipline support for nanoscale lithography, fabrication, synthesis, characterization, modeling, design, computation, and hands-on training via our shared user cleanroom environments. This event is designed to give current and potential users the opportunityto tour the cleanrooms, observe tool demonstrations, and hold processing and fabrication methods consultations with our expert staff, free of charge. Additionally, IEN staff will offer technical consultation to attendees who register in advance.
