Raymond C. Hill received two awards at the IEEE Power and Energy Society Protective Devices Committee meeting, held April 30-May 3, 2018 in Clearwater, Florida.
Hill is a senior research technologist at Georgia Tech’s National Electric Energy Testing Research and Applications Center (NEETRAC). He received the following honors at an awards ceremony on May 2:
Hill works in the areas of overhead high voltage test programs, underground high voltage test programs, fault testing, traveling wave phenomena on distribution and transmission power lines, and surge protective devices at NEETRAC. He has been with the Center since NEETRAC’s inception in January 1996.
