The Campus Services Employee of the Month Review Committee selected Adrienne Richardson as the April 2018 Employee of the Month.
Adrienne demonstrated a service focus, supporting her colleagues and customers during a challenging period in her department. She provided additional support outside of her areas as well as leadership and flexibility supporting several projects that would improve Employee Relations operations.
“We really appreciate Adrienne,” said Julie Joyce, Senior Director for HRBP & Employee Relations.
[When working on a project] she is all about getting it done and getting it done right or getting it done better. She finds solutions. I couldn’t be more thankful to have her on the team.”
Adrienne showed her leadership skills when she created a manager toolkit for addressing employee relations issues. The toolkit, scheduled to be implemented fiscal year 2019, will support managers in feeling empowered and knowledgeable about Georgia Tech performance and conduct management processes.
Adrienne can also be described as straightforward, thoughtful and holistic in her approach to clients and Human Resources partners.
“We regularly get compliments [from her clients],” Julie added.
A self-described “behind the scenes person,” Adrienne is a critical member of the Georgia Tech Human Resources organization and she is recognized for her hard work..
