Rose Scott, WABE "Closer Look" host, invited Professor Catherine Ross, director of the Center for Quality Growth and Regional Development at Georgia Tech, to the station to talk about proposed mass transit expansion in the metro Atlanta area. They were joined by Kyle Shelton, director of Strategic Partnerships of the Kinder Institute for Urban Research at Rice University in Houston.
Ross is also a professor in the School of City and Regional Planning.
