Museum Studies Class Debuts New Exhibit

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. Students in HTS 3100, Introduction to Museum Studies, have been working all semester on an exhibit about the controversial history of Stone Mountain and its monument to the Confederacy.  Their exhibit, entitled "Between a Rock and a Hard Place: The Controversial History of Stone Mountain," will be on display on the ground floor of the Old Civil Engineering Building.

The class, taught by Dr. Carla Gerona in the School of History and Sociology, will host an exhibit opening on April 24th from 3:00 - 4:00 PM (ground floor, Old CE building).  All are welcome to attend!
