Digital design, documentation and fabrication technologies are rapidly evolving in a way which will significantly alter the way building projects are delivered. 

This techonolgy promises to facilitate greater collaboration among disciplines and to result in design solutions which better integrate design, material behavior, fabrication and construction.

Tristan Al-Haddad, Principal of Formations Studio, and Georgia Tech Part-Time Lecturer

    • Case Study One: Small Project Presentation – “Nimbus” Sculpture by Tristan Al-Haddad and Jim Case
    • Case Study Two: Mid-Sized Project Presentation by Scott Marble
    • Panel discussion featuring Tristan Al-Haddad, Jim Case and Jeff Chermely; moderated by Scott Marble

Parking is available for $5 in the Peters Parking Deck. If the lot is full, you may also find parking in the Visitor Parking Lots. 

  • Area 1 Parking is located along North Avenue and is a short walk from our location
  • Area 3 Parking is located on Ferst Drive near the Campus Recreation Center and a Tech Trolley stop. The Tech Trolley will take you to a stop near the Klaus Advanced Computing Building. On the map, you’ll see a Trolley Stop noted beside E40, which is near the College of Design. This is your stop.
  • Area 8 Parking is located beside the Tech Hotel and a Tech Trolley stop is also located nearby on 5th Street. This will also drop you off beside Klaus/E40.
