To allow you extra time to get your tax return in the mail, the Post Office will be open from 8:30am – 6:00pm on Tuesday, April 17th.
If you plan to submit your tax return through the mail on April 17th, you will need to complete a proof of mailing certificate to receive a date stamp on your tax return. The cost of the certificate and date stamp is $1.30 per envelope. We encourage you to mail your tax return as early as possible to avoid the need for additional services.
